Hi Chris,
In the title you mention a colour shift?

Can I receive a European Standard proof from the
PSR_ECI_LWC_V1 colour
match - I need to compare my setting with the European approved.
If you have a standards based icc profile [probably: *ISOwebcoated.icc]
for what you call <<PSR_ECI_LWC_V1>>, then you can [licence and] run
the FOGRA mediawedge on your own proofer and properly measure it to
compare to the actual press performance. I'd recomend that you do this
measurement within basICColor Control software. basICColor Control was
developed to remove the uncertainty from the assessment of proofs by
providing a colorimetric comparison to FOGRA tolerances.
Alternatively you could purchase the Altona Test Suite, which contains
a representative web press sheet. Of course, without measurement of
your proof, your match will be visually assessed.

Package “offset“
The “offset” package contains four ICC output profiles for offset
printing. The European Color Initiative recommends to use ISOcoated.icc
as the default setting for the CMYK working space in Adobe Photoshop
and elsewhere. This profile is valid for offset printing on gloss- or
matte-coated paper. The other three ICC output profiles in this package
are valid for uncoated paper (one for white and one for yellowish paper
tone) and for light weight coated paper (LWC) used in web offset
printing. Thus the “offset” package covers all sheet-fed and heat-set
web printing conditions in the ISO offset printing standard.
