Good morning Neil,
thanks for your help.
Without Gretag MeasureTool, I cannot get the
measured data, right?
This means metaprintcheck works on top of Gretag
Measure Tool.
I lool for an alternative to Gretag Measure Tool.
Even if I use i1share, I cannot use a strip mode to measure.
I like metaprintcheck but w/o an interface to run online measurements, it is not really what I am looking for.
Best regards,
Chris

Hi Christian
re-sent as something happened to my formatting!
It's the same as pasting in a sample.
1: Open MetaPrintCheck
2: Open the mpc-prepare app
3: drop the reference measurement file [has to be in standard format]
onto the mpc-prepare app desktop icon. It is now prepared to use and is
now on the clipboard
4: the MPC spreadsheet has 4 tabs
check
licence
reference
sample
select the reference tab and paste your own reference text into the
sheet, first selecting the top left cell.
5: now select <reference measurement> where you currently se ISO 12647 in
the pulldown 5th down from top right,
6: the sample is now compared against your reference (see the check tab)
it's pretty easy.
the MPC manual is very helpful on this
all the best

Pantone Color Bridge Uncoated EURO
Pantone do not have "Color Bridge Uncoated EURO" production. I asked Pantone why. Answer was, that it will be, IF there exist sufficient demand in the market. So If you would like to have this production (I would), please take contact to Pantone and tell it to them. Pantone said: "If there are others who feel as you do, we would love to hear from you! Feel free to make your desires known."
Best Regards

Hello
There are Euro values only for coated paper. I wonder why? Pantone's "Solid to process" values are old ones. Newer is Pantone "Colour Bridge Euro" values. Almost 95 % of colour values are changed. You can also download update to most common grafic softwares f.eg. Indesign and Photoshop from Pantones Internet sites. Update will give you a new colour watch "Colour Bridge Euro", where newes values for Euro inks are.
Best Regards

Hi,
I am looking for the Pantone bridge European Uncoated values.
Somewere one described it as follows:
Application support files PANTONE? COLOR BRIDGE CMYK UE for the markets outside North America and Asia.
It is like the PANTONE? COLOR BRIDGE CMYK EC for the European market but in this case the values are for Uncoated.
Based on ISO 2846-1 and ISO 12647-2.
Do they exist?
Thank for your help.

I don't think they exist for uncoated at all. I've only seen solid to process numbers posted for coated.
