Re: [ECI-EN] Certified companies in the Philippines

Dear friends and colleagues, I would like to inform you on the following: Recently the first three companies in the Manila, Philippines (and as far as I know in Asia) are officially certified according ISO 12647-2. These companies are Summit Media; Velprint Corporation and Transprint Corporation. The certification was done through SCGM (Stichting Certificatie Grafi Media) from the Netherlands in co- operation with IGT (Netherlands) who function as official auditor for SCGM. The preparation and fieldwork to guide these pioneer companies to their certification was done by Asian Printmedia Consultancy Group Inc. (Manila, Philippines). We believe that this is a first and important step, which will help to introduce the ISO 12647 standards in Asia. Would you like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact me.
