Seriously, one of the ideas that came up a little over two years ago in
the ECI was something like a list of the concepts that carry the ICC
framework. This wasn't intended to have a graphical dimension, though.
Joseph Holmes is quite right that understanding how intents are linked
on the fly into a virtual color network where the RGB original stays
RGB and CMYK is built on demand / on the fly is much easier to
understand when a graphics system is involved.
So let's see what rabbits are in the hat to get this done in a short
and sweet space, given that the main thing is to get enough people to
understand the benefits of an RGB workflow that they stop trying to
hobble the press operator with miscellaneous CMYK.
Hmm . . . maybe a little shorter and a little sweeter than Martin
Bailey's PDF/X piece -:).
