[ECI-EN] Question about an english word

Hi all. I'm from Ukraine. I'm glad that english version of this mailing list works today nearly so active as a german. But when I was reading the topic about ISO I could not understand the abbreviation "TVI". What does it mean? It is very necessary to declare such topics like "lingual questions". I think this will help for the further international understanding in Graphic Arts Industry.
