Even tough the answers varies a bit I have both got the answer I wanted and made a conclusion of what I will tell my customer:

• In general purpose a moveover from Fogra28 to Fogra45&46 should be done.

• For best match on the magazines where the covers are produced according to Fogra39 the customer should adjust thier Lab fulltones and TVI curves to match Fogra39 as well. This will give the designers one ICC-profile and one proof to relate too.

• For good userfriendlyness the easy way is probably for the customer to only recommend the PSO_LWC profiles out to their customers. If that is what they want I will offer to set up a device link conversion from Fogra45 to Forgra39 on cover page 3&4 after they can document that they actually print according to Fogra45 on this paper.
