You may be using the old Euroscale process set?

ISO  12647/ Fogra data set 27 and the profiles from this need process inks to the newer  ISO 2846/1 process ink set.  Talk to your ink supplier re this standard. Also the standard specs Lab values for the inks and TVI curves to be matched on press to meet the requirements of the CMYK profile you are using.

Also you may find the ISO coated profile from the ECI web site better to use then the Adobe version. Euroscale coated v2 is now out of date.
