Hi,
Does anyone know if it is possible to include the Error, Warning and Info
icons, that you see in Acrobat preflight, in the reports generated with
pdfInspektor4 CLI .

Hello everyone,
I've been using the Windows Demo of pdfColorConvert CLI for about two weeks. I'm very impressed with it. However, I can't seem to make the Mac Demo function correctly (I'm using 10.4.9). I can get it to run with the default, demo destination profile. But, I'm unable to get it to recognize our own destination profile.
The manual describes three way of adding a destination profile:
1) Embed the destination profile in the config file. I don't know how to do this on either platform. If someone could explain this process I'd be grateful.
2) ICC profile saved next to the pdfColorConvert executable. I can't seem to get this to work either.
3) ICC profile saved under C:\ . This works great, but of course only in Windows.
I'm open to any method that allows me to specify our own destination profile while using OS X. Thanks for any and all help.
Kind regards,
Nicholas
Hello Diogo
It is not enough to create a DL profile by linking 2 profiles. The
software creating the DL profile has to add the feature to preserve
the black channel. I do not know it Colorthink supports such
additional feature for DL profiles.
Since a DL profile can not be copy protected, I only can offer to
perform such a conversion on some of your PDFs.
best regards

Hi all
I work in a color newspaper born 6 months ago. We have problems with the TAC / Ink limits of the adds and the blacK channel. To solve the problem we are trying device link profiles with the Colorconversion.
I am now testing a trial for the plugin and for the CLI version. The Colorconvert plugin does not seems to support devicelink profiles.
In the CLI version I don't understand how/where to insert the devicelink profile. I dind't find help in the app. manual or in the Callas site. Can someone help me?
Thanks
